SALES POLICY

We reserve the right to retain any kid or lamb born here, regardless of reservations, and to refuse the sale of any animal at any point in the transaction should we feel the need to.

Upon the birth of kids/lambs and a sale agreement is arranged with the buyer, a 50% deposit will be taken. Deposits are non-refundable. The buyer has 48 hrs to get back to us before we move on down the waitlist. Animals must be paid for in full before leaving the property.

Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. We will do our best to help arrange transport. Meet ups may be arranged either in Prince George, Vernon or potentially elsewhere, and a fee of $50-$150 will be charged depending on the meet location. Shipment via air may be an option depending on location and the current shipping abilities of the Prince George Airport.  Buyer is responsible to pay for crate, freight fees and delivery fee to airport.  

Prices for goats include registration under the buyer’s name with the Canadian Livestock Records Corporation, disbudding and tattoo. Prices for lambs/sheep include ear tag and registration with Olde English Babydoll Southdown Sheep Registry (OEBSSR) if requested.

Bucklings/rams must be picked up by 8 weeks of age. Doelings/ewe lambs may leave the farm between 9-12 weeks according to their development, unless prior arrangements have been made. The deposit will be forfeited and we will sell to the next buyer if doelings, wethers or lambs are not transported by 16 weeks of age.  A bottle kid(wether or buckling) can go home at 3+ weeks.

We do our best with disbudding all kids but cannot guarantee there will not be scurs. We make no guarantee on the height of any goats we sell.

We guarantee that animals are in good health upon leaving the farm. However, we offer no further health guarantees on the animal as stress of shipping and care in new home are beyond our control. 

We will not be able to take an animal back once it has left the farm.
